Mike Grabenstein joined the firm in May 2015 as a Director of Investment Banking and Advisory, bringing over a decade of capital markets experience to Height. He has managed a variety of transactions within the midstream and downstream energy sectors. Mike’s current responsibilities include the origination and execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A engagements, capital raising and private placements, and general advisory assignments for both publicly traded and privately held companies. He has successfully closed multiple transactions, including carve-outs for Phillips 66 and Hess Infrastructure Partners and M&A for Sprague Resources, among others. Mike graduated from the LaSalle University where he received with a B.A. in Finance.
